Whoohooo! Welcome 2012! And I’m pretty sure that one of few other New Year’s resolution people have made is to have a balanced diet, exercise and rest.
Since Thanksgiving, I did gain about 10 pounds. And those extra calories I retained in my body are stuck on my arms and tummy.. Seriously, I can’t wear those skin-tight knit dresses.. I love to eat and I’m low on activity. So probably, if I’ll start on these 10-minute workouts, I’ll be able to burn those extra pounds..
By the way, I did try Reebok 360 resistance and it’s pretty good. On my first try, my thighs were crazy sore..
