For link exchange, I do have rules for it: Your blog/site must have at least a Page Rank of 1 and my reciprocate link should appear on that ranked page..

For those who hasn’t ranked their page yet, I can put your link in my sidebar (PR 3) for 30 days requiring you to leave a comment on any of my posts… If you haven’t ranked your page after 30 days, you can do the same task to renew your link placement in my blog.
